Happy Wednesday! It's gorgeous outside today here in Frederick, Colorado! I still haven't had a moment to go out and clean out my pots and get some color in them. I'm hoping that this long, Memorial weekend I'll have an opportunity to get my hands dirty! Mom came home last Friday. It's been a bit challenging as she is processing the move to assisted living. Lots of tears! Send me strength please as it's so difficult to see her so unhappy...
Today's Facebook is an attempt to cheer me up! We made Shaker Cards using the new Bright & Beautiful Memory Cards and More Card Pack and the Bright & Beautiful Memory and More Cards & Envelopes. Those that came to the 2023 - 2024 Launch Party last Saturday had great fun creating their unique card using these products! See the cards they made near the end of the post. The cards are oversized cards - 6 1/4 x 4 1/4" in order to use the 4" x 6" memory and more card pack. They come in a pack of 20 (2 different card fronts) and 20 colorful envelopes!
I made this Shaker Card last Saturday to showcase other fun products that come in the Bright & Beautiful Suite Collection. The memory and more card pack and cards & envelopes are an add on. However, they are a great price - $19.50 for both and make 20 cards! That's $1.03 per card. And you can use the lovely Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper to make more elaborate card fronts!
Today's Facebook used other fun cards from the pack to create similar shaker cards using the Beautiful Ballons Photopolymer Stamp Set, Beautiful Balloons Dies, Gold Celebrations 12" x 12" Specialty Designer Series Paper, and the Iridescent Shaker Circles.
The 13 dies in the awesome Beautiful Balloon Dies are made especially for creating fun shaker cards and tags. I am totally in love with the Iridescent Shaker Circles! When I saw them in the new catalog, I couldn't wait to get my hands on them! They are so sparkly and the hollow circle shapes are so unique! You will definitely want to add to your embellishment stash to play with!

For the variations in today's Facebook, please note the following changes:
- Cut the background card for underneath the shaker card at 2 7/8" x 3 7/8" instead of 3" x 4".
- For the enjoy today card, place the balloon die 1/4" from the bottom and 7/16" from the left edge. I taped it down so it wouldn't move in the die machine.
- For the Let's Party, I would use Bubble Bath pink for the larger balloon image and Berry Burst for the confetti balloon image versus what I did in the video.

I was just looking at the calendar and I just cannot believe that May is almost over. My oldest son, Sean, turns 32 on Saturday. He was actually born on Memorial Day! He is off to the woods by a beautiful lake right under the amazing Tetons for his birthday this year so we will be celebrating next weekend.
