Sending Hearts

Happy Monday!  Wishing you all a cozy evening next to the fire with a warm blanket and a cup of tea!  I am always nice and toasty when the day begins, and by 3pm I've freezing cold!  I pile on my sweaters, a warm scarf/warp and a pair of fingerless mitts and I feel so much better!  And by evening - I am snuggled up on the couch with a throw with my gas fireplace warming up the room.  Comforts - anyway we can get them - right!  

This weekend, I finished up making my January 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit cards and 20 Little Love boxes from my add on kit I purchased.  Oh my goodness - these little and they are small boxes are so adorable.  The little snail is so just the cutest little guy.  Hi reminds me of Gary from Sponge Bob Squarepants.  My two little boys loved him and we would have great fun giggling about Sponge Bob and his adventures.  Gary is his pet snail if you aren't familiar with this child's cartoon.  I made a little envelope to place one of my Gary's in - I was proud of myself!  Lol!  I saw one that Rachel Tessman demoed last week and spent a long hour working on making mine just the right size for these cute little boxes!  I made 4 different designs - which one is your favorite? 

I really enjoyed using the large heart stamp from the Sending Hearts Paper Pumpkin kit to make my last 4 cards from the kit this weekend.  I fell in love with the petal pink striped card front.  The black ribbon and scalloped edge add my favorite contrast for pink cards.  I'm going to have to look into making a mask to make more on my own!
