Happy Wednesday!  And happy pre 4th of July!  I'm starting to plan for our 4th of July celebration.  We are having company next Tuesday evening to watch fireworks from across the street at the 15th hole of the Saddleback Golf Course in Firestone, Colorado.  Perfect spot from our backyard to watch the beautiful fireworks!  Sadly, a tree has grown over the years right in front of the spot from our patio, so we have to move onto the grass near the back fence to see them better!  What are your plans for the 4th?  

Today's Facebook Live showcased the Sweetest Cherries Photopolymer Stamp Set, the Cherry Builder Punch and a palette of Red, White & Blue to celebrate the upcoming July 4th holiday!  We have a friend that is a 4th of July baby - so this birthday card will be perfect for him!  I demonstrated water color wash, ink blending, and both heat and dry embossing techniques during the live.

Today, I attended a Stampin' Up! event called Creativity Now!  We gathered our paper, ink and supplies including a new bundle called Translucent Florals that will be launching later this year.  I had such a great day making 6 beautiful cards that I had to make a couple of more!  I used Mary Knabe's card design from today's Creativity Now! to create this birthday card created with the Beautiful Balloons Bundle.  I'm so excited to share my results with you in today's blog hop!

 Happy Wednesday!  Today is the 1st day of Summer and it was a warm summer day here in Frederick, Colorado.  This week we finally hit a little dry spell and hotter weather - high 80's!  Yay - a round of booming thunderstorms - lighting up the evening sky and providing some moisture to cool the evening down was perfect!  I can't believe that we are only a little over a week until July!  Are you starting to plan for the 4th of July festivities?   

After last week's fun with the Taco Fiesta stamp set, I had another stamp set setting on my stamping desktop that I still needed to play with!  The Silly Goose Photopolymer Stamp set is just that - silly!  I had another fun day creating an easy card using Blending Brushes, and colorful ink and paper for this evening's Facebook Live! 

 Happy Friday!  Another week blazed by.  I can't believe it's the middle of June already!  Seriously, I barely get up in the morning anymore and the day is over...  What have you been working on this week?  I am so excited that I am finally clearing off some projects off my stamping desk!  I played with Carousel Horses Bundle, Gone Fishing Bundle, Crafting With Friends Bundle (currently unavailable until 7/3) and lastly, my all time favorite - Taco Fiesta Photopolymer Stamp Set.  I used this stamp set for my Facebook Live this week and I am itching to get back to finishing up some more cards to use up all the silly taco related images!  

 I am waiting for the first rainbow of the season!  We have had so much ran and our share of hail stone - but I haven't seen a rainbow yet!  So I made my own rainbow on Wednesday evening's Facebook Live showcasing the Watercolor World Cling Stamp Set and a beautiful array of rainbow colored ink.
